Once we have agreed the scope of the telemarketing project you will be appointed an account manager or project manager who will spend time with you at the start of the project running through the company, solution to be sold and defining the objectives of the campaign. Your involvement is then minimised and going forward it is down to the account manager to write the brief and train the telemarketers.
At Call2Action we want you involved in the complete process this involves:

Briefing an account manager

Working with the account manager to train the telemarketers
•
Reviewing the sales script
•
Carrying out role-plays to check objection handling and script presentation
•
After the first couple of telemarketing sessions reviewing the success and making changes as required.
•
Being part of regular campaign reviews
•
Meeting to review the results
